SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Free on orders $50+)
- Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Cost: $5.95 (FREE on orders over $50)
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Cost: $12.95
Express Shipping
- Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Cost: $24.95
Delivery times are estimates from ship date and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier and destination.
Shipping Costs
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
- Expedited and Express shipping options are available for faster delivery
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email
- Track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future - please check back or contact us at info@majhealthgroup.org for updates.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to residential and commercial addresses
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or express shipping (standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available)
- Some remote areas may require additional delivery time
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or building management
- Contact us within 7 days at info@majhealthgroup.org and we'll work with you to resolve the issue
- We may file a claim with the carrier or send a replacement
Damaged Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at info@majhealthgroup.org
- We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you
Incorrect Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement
Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High volume periods (holidays)
- Circumstances beyond our control
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or other factors outside our control.
Multiple Item Orders
- Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers
- There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments
Holidays
We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Orders placed during holidays will be processed the next business day.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We are happy to ship to military addresses using USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery to military addresses overseas.
