Return Window

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We offer an extended return window because we know it may take time to assess whether a garment meets your specific needs.

What We Accept

  • Unworn and unwashed items in original condition
  • Items with all original tags and packaging
  • Products that have not been altered or modified

What We Cannot Accept

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags
  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)

Exchanges

We gladly offer free exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors
  • Different closure types (snap, velcro, zipper)

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at info@majhealthgroup.org within 60 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided label
  5. Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund
  6. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
